I take pen in hand to thank you for your hospitality and kindness. We, the
Fifth Virginia Infantry have to say that we have been blessed by your
small touches; the snacks and coffee, use of the bathroom, and even
letting us sleep on your porch. (Sorry about the bear)
I would like to thank you also for the tea and cakes. They were first rate
and the special tea, that was first rate as well.
We have enjoyed being here and are looking forward to being here for many
years to come.

Thank you for a great week at your cottage - we three enjoyed our stay very much. Your hospitality is most generous. The cottage is immaculate and full of amenities as well. We can't forget the trains, Wow Bob and Dianna, that room is some collection. Thanks for creating the nor-easter of a sandwich for Chris everyday. All the best for your future.

Thanks so much for your Virginia hospitality and the wonderful breakfast! It was so kind of you to invite us to the supper at church on Wednesday. As you said... we experienced real "Americana." We really enjoyed it and met some lovely people there. We also enjoyed meeting your family at the fund-raiser effort for the church's summer camp for children. This is a wonderful part of the world with so much to experience and we were blessed to have Grandma's Cottage as our base and both of you as our host. Second to none!

There is not enough words to express how wonderful a stay we have had in your beautiful cottage. All the nice little touches like fresh flowers, fantastic home baked cookies, wonderful picnic basket, your attention to detail is superb! You have all the comforts of hoime here. Bob, we loved your trains and all your stories of your collection. Breakfast was "artstanding" and of all the B&B's we have styaed in your was the best.
